Join Dr. Kristi Yee for dinner and the opportunity to network with over 30 private practices in Southeastern Michigan. This presentation will focus on private practice ownership, owners with a collaborative business approach and a sincere interest in supporting veterinary students.

Dr. Kristina Yee is a 2006 Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine graduate. Following her clinical year at the Ohio State University, she returned to her hometown of Troy, Michigan. While her childhood dream was to open a small animal veterinary practice, she realized the profession had more to offer and she could wear as many ‘hats’ as she desired. Upon graduation, she accepted an associate position at as small animal private practice in Rochester, Michigan, began speaking on behalf of nationwide at veterinary schools across the country and provided consultation services ranging from resume reviews to expert witness testimony. Dr. Yee has served on the Nationwide advisory board and the RUSVM alumni council. In July of 2020, Dr. Yee opened Hometown Veterinary Hospital in Rochester Hills, Michigan. While managing the demands of practice ownership, Dr. Yee continues to speak on behalf of nationwide and provide mentorship to aspiring veterinarians.
